Mauro Sarrica (ORCID: 0000-0003-1167-2788) is a Full Professor of Social Psychology at Sapienza University of Rome, visiting at the University of Pécs (AY 2025–2026), and will join the University of Padua in February 2026. Since 2022 he has coordinated the Joint International Doctorate in Social Representations, Culture and Communication. His research spans environmental and peace psychology, examining how cultural resources and public engagement support sustainable energy transitions, and how social representations of peace, war, and intergenerational memories shape reconciliation and environmental justice. He uses mixed methods, including surveys, quasi-experiments, and lexicometric analyses of textual and visual data.
